Restorative Pilates for Beginners

Restorative Pilates is a 50 minute Beginner class that will incorporate traditional Pilates core training and alignment exercises with myofascial movement to increase range of motion through gentle, steady, lengthening movement.

You will activate core musculature of the pelvis, trunk and shoulder girdle through mindful cueing and direction to stabilize joints and reverse pain caused by imbalanced muscles. 

The Beginner series is mat work only. Students are asked to bring their own mat to class.

Times: Fridays, 10 -11 am
