Join Leave No Trace and Smithgall Woods for a fun project day as part of the Smithgall Woods State Park Leave No Trace Spotlight! For this Spotlight, we will be tackling invasive plants ,such as Privet and Autumn Olive, at one of our education sites and camps.
Important Information:
– Please bring water, snacks, and any items needed depending on weather. Please wear long pants and closed-toed shoes.
– Please bring your own gloves and tools if possible. (Items such as shears, hand saws and pruners)
– This project day will be taking place at our Education Cabin site, which has a different entrance than our visitor’s center entrance. Directions to this entrance will be provided upon request, or after sign-up.
