Art in the Park

Come Join Sheron Sherman, a local artist for a 3 hour watercolor class.
Sheron Sherman is a self taught artist living here in the area and is a member of the Sautee Nacoochee Watercolorists. Sheron also volunteers for Friends of Smithgall Woods State Park.
Paper will be provided as well as masking tape. You will receive a list of other supplies to bring once you have enrolled and we suggest you bring a light snack and water because there will be no official lunch break.
There will be a step by step demo for those of you who are beginners and we will reserve 30 minutes time at the end of class for everyone to get feedback on their piece.
This is through Reservation only, and there are limited openings. Please call the visitor’s center at 706-878-3087 to reserve your spot. This class has a $15/person fee plus $10 parking pass.
This class is geared towards adults due to length of class and techniques taught, however all passionate about art and over the age of 12 are welcome.
