August 2-4 and 9-11 at 7:30 PM. August 5 & 12 at 4PM
It doesn’t happen until August, but tickets are already on sale for Cheever, a play set in the Meaders Family pottery shop in 1967. Cheever depicts the life and times of, folk potter Cheever Meaders. Cheever was a colorful character and influential force in the world of local pottery and politics, and he and Arie share their stories with wit and humor. Since the last play (The Valley Where They Danced) sold out a few weeks before it opened, and some who wanted to see it weren’t able to, I wanted to pass along the ticket info to you early. This one will be at the Sautee-Nacoochee Center, and right now, you can get about any seat, time and date you’d like by going to the Sautee Nacoochee Center website and clicking on “Billboard” or by using the link on the attached flyer.
